What is Heather's Camp?
Established by
the staff of Vision Rehabilitation Center, Via Christi and the women
of Gamma Upsilon Chapter of Delta Gamma Fraternity at Wichita State
University and the Wichita Alumnae Chapter of Delta Gamma Fraternity,
Heather's Camp honors the memory of Heather
Muller, her love of children and her desire to help those
with special needs. It provides an opportunity for blind and visually
impaired children to experience the joy of a camp program where
they can acquire skills, gain confidence, find support and encouragement
and have fun. Activities include:
Campfires
• Music • Arts and Crafts • Beep Ball •
Horseback Riding • Swimming
•
Canoeing • Archery • Fishing • Touch and Feel
